| Enjoy the best of both worlds when you spend a night in one of our two newly renovated condo-suites located in a charming Victorian era building. The condos are air-conditioned and heated for year-round accommodations.
When you stay in one of our condos, you get the full amenities of the Victorian Lace Inn including breakfast each morning at the Inn for non-weekly stays. The condos are just steps from the inn and one short block to the beach.
Our Sand Castle 2 Condo pictured here is a two-bedroom accommodation which has been newly renovated and can accommodate up to six people. This condo features:
- Queen-sized bedroom downstairs with full bathroom with whirlpool tub
- Second upstairs bedroom that can be configured as King-sized or two twin beds.
- Full bath with shower upstairs for second bedroom
- Living room with a fireplace, double sofa bed, and tv/dvd
- A fully-equipped kitchen and washer/dryer
- Private entrance
- Outside showers for rinsing off after your visits to the beach
This condo is also available for summer weekly rentals as well. Weekly rentals include bed and bath linens, fresh beach towels daily, beach chairs and one complimentary breakfast at the Inn. (A daily breakfast plan is available as well.)
Condo Rates:
Nightly Rates: $219.50 to $395 + tax depending on time of year.
For additional guests, add $35 per night per person.
2010 Summer Weekly Rate: $2595 + tax (6 people maximum)
Summer Cancellation Policy: We require a 50% deposit for each reservation. There is a $25 service charge for all cancellations. If you cancel within one month of your reserved stay and we are unable to rebook your entire reservation, you will lose your 50% deposit.
